3rd ANNIVERSARY of MY BLOG!!! THANKS to ALL!!!

650th BLOG POST -->>

            Welcome!!! This is 1097th Day on this space. That is, with the support of all of you, I have completed THREE YEARS of BLOGGING. The first post that was published on this medium was on 31st July, 2009. It's 31st July 2012. :-) It feels so enthusiastic, encouraging and motivating to see that my space which started with only "ME" has gathered so many of you. And the real fun of the odyssey began once I got a team, and I got converted into "We". A team of readers who have better thought process, experience, knowledge, will power, skills than me. I started learning so much. I started improving myself to get to the level of my readers. I started trying different things to let people know that I as as creative as them. But at last, I failed. My Readers remain to be the Winner like every time. These THREE YEARS of my LIFE has been so BEAUTIFUL because of this BLOG SPACE and READERS that I never felt as if I really have a REAL LIFE. Yes, for some, it may be a laughing material that this BLOGGER does not have a REAL LIFE but the moment that I have past writing BLOGS, reading COMMENTS from READERS, moderating them, replying to them and asking for their choice for my next POST has given me a totally new LIFE. My Real life has moved to a different level because of this.

            In last 1097 Days, I have posted 650 POSTS at an average of 1 Post every 1.68 Days. I, myself can't believe that I have been so dedicated for meeting my readers that I have landed up writing a Post every alternate day. Today itself, I have written  646th, 647th, 648th, 649th post and finally, I am writing 650th BLOG POST. I don't remember if I have ever written 5 Posts in a day. But whenever I am too nervous, I land up here. I know that people here are so motivating that their comment will surely brighten up my mood. And it happens exactly. :-) As I have been very nervous today because of a new college that I have to attend from tomorrow, I gave all my time to the BLOG. This helps me release all the built-up tension in my small useless brain. In cities like Mumbai, people generally don't get time to give it to anyone else except family. Hence I thought to spend my time with some strangers through my Blog. And the result has been so beautiful that I have got lakh of you with me. 100 mails rushing in my mailbox after each post is published gives me an adrenalin rush. As I have always said and as the Tagline of my Blog says, "Your Support is my Success", I consider myself successful as a Blogger just because I have few of you with me as Regular readers. Kudos to all of you for being such Selfless Humans who are known to be the most disloyal of all kinds these days. :-)

            On the occasion of the 3rd ANNIVERSARY of my BLOG, I would like to name some people who have been with me from a very long time as a Support system. First of all, I would like to mention Mr. Sopan and Mr. Mahesh for being my first two readers of a very Stupid Post. Then I would like to mention Wilshire because of whom I got a will to continue initially, the time when many newbies leave their Blog and go because of no support. Thanks Wilshire for being such a unique supporter. Then I would like to thank Harman mam who have commented on at least 150+ posts of mine. And finally I would like to thank Anamika and Raja for being such prolific and avid readers of my blog. I have no words for both of you. If my Blog is a Human, both of you are its two legs. Losing anyone of you would result my Blog to be a handicap. Please be attached with my Blog always. RESPECT to both of you. Then I would like to thank Nitin Goyal and Rishab Dahiya for providing me with the Domain Name of the website which enables my reader to by heart the link. And VINAYAK NAGRI- This little boy has always been my assistance in any technical problem that comes in way. Vinayak, you are going to be one of the youngest Entrepreneur very soon. Mark my words!!!

             In the end, I would like to thank all my readers for being attached to me. Recently, Mahesh Kulkarni has been one great supporter I have. And I would also like to thank all the Indian authors who make me feel as if I am one of them even when my ambition of being a Published Author is quite far away from here. Thanks for letting your book readers know about me too. :-) The college where I have completed my graduation began from 3rd August, 2009. On the same day, I published the 2nd Blog Post. So, This Blog has almost taken birth from the day I have joined this college. Bharati Vidyapeeth, my classmates, college-mates and everyone associated with BVP, I dedicate all my 650 BLOG POSTS to you. Hitting the bird's eye, I would like to say it straightly, I dedicate all my 650 BLOG POSTS to my BCA Class-mates. The kind of treatment all of you have given me by nicknaming me "Blogger" "Writer" "Author" "Chetan Bhagat" has really motivated me a lot which has resulted in this Regular BLOGGING. As my new college is about to begin from tomorrow, all the future Posts for next 3 years will get in their quota, so I specifically mention that these 650 is for all of you. :-) THANKS a LOT.

             And I hope that the way this BLOG has been carried from last 3 years will also be the same till 30th year of the BLOGGING. :-)

 Thanks.

NEW COLLEGE from Tomorrow- 1st AUGUST, 2012!!!

649th BLOG POST -->>

My previous college and new college. Thanks to Aabhas Maldahiyar for helping with the pic

            Finally, my longest vacation ends tonight. I don't think that I'll ever get any other vacation of 84 days in future. I completed Graduation by giving my last examination on 8th May, 2012. And since then, I have been waiting for my Admission Process for Post-Graduation. It finished on 16th July(for me) and from tomorrow i.e. 1st August, my college is commencing. This vacation has been one of the most traumatic vacation. In all the 5 vacations that I got during Graduation after finishing each semester, the only fear that came across my mind periodically used to be about the results. But somewhere in heart I used to know that I have performed satisfactorily so everything would be fine. But this time, it was more than this. My Graduation came to an end. A dream that I saw(that everyone accomplishes) got accomplished. But more than being happy for getting my life one level up, I always had one thought in mind every second- "I am going to leave my Graduation Friends behind". And this made me cry so many times that I don't think I have ever cried so much. Crying does not mean shedding tears every time but I have experienced lump in my throat almost 6753 times a day at an average. Hmm!!!

              In this 84-days Vacation, I have written 77 Blog Posts and read 36 Books(novels). This has been one of the most productive period of my life. But with it, I have also experienced the most emotional moment of my life (being out of depression, not including those days while saying this when I was in depression. Haha). First you develop friends, then you try to analyze who are of your type, then you select a perfect group comprising of everyone with the same thought process as of yours, then you witness some very beautiful moments with them, the unforgettable ones, and finally a day comes when you realize that you are so much tied with them that it's hard to leave them but unfortunately, that is the same moment when you have to say Good Bye and move on in life. Whenever I say this to anyone, the person immediately retaliates and makes me remember one of my Blog Posts "Dost Toh Aate Jaate Rehte Hain". My dear friends, because this is something I have experienced, I have scribbled it over my Blog. It is something that is too hard for me to handle, hence that Post came out as a Result but everyone mistook it as if I am too heartless to feel any emotions. I am the most Emotional person I know. Yes!!! And I am one of the most who succeed in hiding it from others.

              I am finally a Successful Graduate. From tomorrow I will be going to attend My First Semester of Post Graduation- Master of Computer Applications. I will be meeting new people, new teacher, new staff, new classmates, new seniors, new college mates. I will be sitting in a new building, new classroom under a new ceiling, would be eating in a new canteen, will be halting for college on a new station, will be sitting among strangers and etc. Every time some similar moments would happen on which I used to laugh with my classmates in Graduation, I will look around to see them and laugh, and will end up realizing that all of them have been left behind in life. :-( Every time, I will feel like going to Canteen and crack jokes on other college mates sitting on other tables, I will realize that I don't have anyone with me with whom I used to share those silly jokes. I am stepping into a life that is unknown to me. Out of those 60 classmates I will have to face tomorrow, I might end up being BEST FRIENDS with few of them after 3 years; but tomorrow, their faces will irritate me, frustrate me and kill a part within me. They'll make me remember all the good buddies I had in Graduation. 1st August, 2012. Huh!!!! I don't know what experience I am going to get after 10 hours from now.

              Tomorrow, I am going to step into a new land, new college, between new people and new environment. It's a new challenge for me. I'll have to once again fake happiness in front of new crowd to represent myself as one of the strong heart person. But through out the day, I would be weeping. I never really understood the POWER of FRIENDSHIP before Graduation but now I know why people send so many SMSes and Updates on FRIENDSHIP. And now I feel that I have won as a Good Human being because I have earned FRIENDS. I have people whom I can call anytime and ask for help. I hope Post-graduation will just mature me, improve me and acknowledge me more than what Graduation did. It's hard to stay strong when every cell of your body asks you to surrender, cry and lose. The 1st Semester will be the hardest to survive. I might get my sorts of people till the end of it but initially, I will have to face many challenges. I will be judged wrongly for some activities. I might get rumored for something that I am not associated with. I might turn out to be victim of someone else's wrongdoings. I might face embarrassment to the heights. But if LIFE would not have been so hard and difficult, who would have enjoyed living it? Right?

             In the end, I would like to thank all my Graduation Friends for giving me the best Year from 2009 to 2012. Even The Blog would not have been so interminable if I would not have got the support that all of you gave. I wish all of you a Great Future. We may not meet every day, every month, every year from now but I promise that whenever I'll feel, I'll call anyone of you to meet me at my favorite hang-out place- Inorbit Vashi. :-) And I want to thank Sharon Vishnu who have been the only support throughout my admission process in MCA. Do welcome me tomorrow with a Friendly gesture. Because you will be the only known face. And Vrushali and Prashant, 3 more years with both of you. Bear me. :-) Vandana, Prema, Yusuf, Saquib, Gaurav and Sohail, stop missing me. :-(

  Thanks.

Salutation to Mohd Rafi, Munshi Premchand and J.K. Rowling!!!

648th BLOG POST -->>

             What can be said about the "day" which is associated with three such individuals who are an institution in themselves. I believe that God has given equal amount of talent to each one of us. But there are very few who identify themselves with perseverance, hard-work and dedication. And out of these "few", there are less than 1% who get into the class of "Legends". And these Legends are an Inspiration, motivation and instance to us. I respect all such legends. And about this day which is associated with 3 Mega-Legends, I have nothing to say except that I am lucky to have my Blog associated with the same day(you'll come to know in 650th post, how :-)). Today is the Death anniversary of one of the Biggest Playback Singers India had- Late. Mohd Rafi sahaab. And Birthday of Late Munshi Premchand sahaab- STILL said to be the only Writer to touch hearts of every Indian reader and J.K. Rowling- The Best Children's book writer world has. :-) Words are less to define these individuals. Even when two of them are not with us, we still feel as if they are around us- because of their extra-ordinary works. We have Rafi's songs still in our Playlists/folders and Premchand's books in our shelves. They are IMMORTAL.

             Mohd. Rafi's active years as a Singer has been from 1944 to 1980. He was born in Kotla Sultan Singh, Punjab in British India on 24th December, 1924. He is termed as the Greatest Indian male playback singer of all time, due to which he has also received "The Best Singer of the MILLENNIUM award" too in 2000 after 20 years of his death. In his lifetime, except this award, he has also been awarded the National Award, Best National Singer award, Six Filmfare awards and also Padma Shri by Government of India. He sang 4516 Hindi film songs, 112 non-Hindi film songs and 328 private(non-film) songs. He is primarily known for his songs in Hindi-Urdu but he also sang in other languages like Konkani, Bhojpuri, Oriya, Punjabi, Bengali, Marathi, Sindhi, Kannada, Gujarati, Telugu, Maghi, Maithili and Assamese. He also recorded in foreign languages such as English, Persian, Spanish and Dutch. Singers like Shabbir Kumar, Mohd Aziz and Sonu Nigam made their names by adopting Rafi's style, and perhaps owe their entire careers to Rafi. After his death, seven Hindi movies were dedicated to him; Allah Rakha, Mard, Coolie, Desh-Premee, Naseeb, Aas-Paas and Heeralal-Pannalal. What more should I speak about this LEGEND!!!

             Coming to Late Munshi Premchand sahaab. He was born on the same day in 1880 and died on 8th October, 1936. He was a novel writer, story writer and a dramatist too. He is regarded as one of the most celebrated writers of our Indian subcontinent. He is referred as "Upasyas Samrat" which means "Emperor of Novels" by some Hindi writers. His work includes more than a dozen novels, 250+ short storied, several essays and translations of a number of foreign literary works into Hindi. Premchand translated several non-Hindi works into Hindi such as Ratan Nath's Dhar Sarshar, Leo Tolstoy's, Charles Dickens's The Story of Richard Doubledick, Oscar Wilde's Canterville, John Galsworthy's Strife, Sadi, Guy de Maupassant, Maurice Maeterlinck's Sightless and Hendrik van Loon's The Story of mankind and etc. Premchand is considered as the first Hindi writer whose writing featured Reality and Society. He generally wrote about poverty and urban middle-class's situations. He also spread public awareness about corruption, child widowhood, prostitution, feudal system, poverty, colonialism and on the India's freedom movement. RESPECT!!!

              About J.K. Rowling, Wikipedia has perfectly described so.. you know what I mean. :-) "J. K. Rowling is a British novelist, best known as the author of the Harry Potter fantasy series. The Potter books have gained worldwide attention, won multiple awards, sold more than 400 million copies to become the best-selling book series in history and been the basis for a popular series of films. Rowling conceived the idea for the series on a train trip from Manchester to London in 1990.Rowling has led a "rags to riches" life story, in which she progressed from living on social security to multi-millionaire status within five years. As of March 2011, when its latest world billionaires list was published, Forbes estimated Rowling's net worth to be US$1 billion. The 2008 Sunday Times Rich List estimated Rowling's fortune at £560 million ($798 million), ranking her as the twelfth richest woman in the United Kingdom. Forbes ranked Rowling as the forty-eighth most powerful celebrity of 2007, and Time magazine named her as a runner-up for its 2007 Person of the Year, noting the social, moral, and political inspiration she has given her fans. In October 2010, J. K. Rowling was named 'Most Influential Woman in Britain' by leading magazine editors. She has become a notable philanthropist.On 12 April 2012, Rowling announced that her new adult novel The Casual Vacancy would be published in the UK by Little, Brown and Company on 27 September 2012. Let's see what records will her first adult book break. :-)

Don't turn our Country into a PENDULUM!!!

647th BLOG POST -->>

           Half of India is the victim of power-cut and traffic jam today. Being in another blessed part, I feel as one of the corrupts. :-) The number of abuses that the Northern India would be hurling to the Southern part would be more than the trouble that they are facing. I'm scared, almost. :-) But do we really care when we get electricity for 24-hours continuously? Do we ever think about saving it? Never. We enjoy as much as we can without even thinking once about how can we save the amount of electricity that can be utilized by others in future. Many of us may not be knowing even the reason why more than 10 states of our country is blackened today. For the ignorant part of India, the exclusive report is here: Northern and Eastern power grids failed, thus hundreds of trains came to a halt. The northern and western grids blacked out. The assumption is that it failed to take the excess load. Partial restoration will be done by evening. If some states or areas consume electricity more than the sanctioned strength, then grid failures usually occur,” said power minister Manish Gupta. (Extracted from sites).

           So the basic reason why half of our country is without electricity is over-consumption of the same. And the effects of this power cut off are: In West bengal, train services are badly affected. Hence, lakhs of passengers are stuck at various stations. Hospitals are under danger because of which another lakh of patients are suffering. Railway officials said more than 350 trains were stranded. Mamata Banerjee told reporters that "hundreds" of miners had been trapped in mines because of power cut. (Thanks to Mouthshut team for providing these details through HT and BBC). All these could have been avoided if the electricity would have been saved from our side. No? Yes. But who cares? There are several ways of saving electricity and being a part of making Developing India into a Well-developed India.

            Do not leave your television etc in standby mode. Devices can use up to 90% as much power in standby mode as when they are on, so it is a serious waste of energy when a device is left constantly on standby. Use a microwave to reheat food or to cook small portions. Although a microwave uses a lot of power, it does so over a very short time and so saves energy overall.  Cool cooked food before you put it into the fridge. Do not put uncovered liquids into the fridge. Their evaporation will make the fridge have to work harder. These are some of those tips I found that are not included mainly in our text books. And what we search on Web is not about how to save electricity but how to reduce electricity bills. :-) So for a change, try doing these things. Let the problems mentioned above bid a final good-bye to our country once the situation is settled back.

            In the same way I have seen so many people wasting water unnecessarily. I remember the last time I went to Sai Temple, an uncle of 35-40 years old washed his feet and went without turning off the tap. I said,"Uncle, aapne paani khula chchod diya". Aggressively, he replied,"Beta, Sai ka darbaar hai. Jitna bahaao kabhi kamm nahi hoga". I assumed that he is one of those husbands who is bought to temple by a religious and over pious wife. That reply was a sort of taunt to the devotees of Sai Baba or God, to be precise. But being an atheist and wasting water are two different things. At least that old atheist man should respect water that he gets to drink. I have also noticed some silly people keeping the flush on for all the minutes they are shitting. This is ridiculous. And even if you are done peeing, what's the use of flushing several liters of water? Can't we use a mug to splash water on the pot so that the toilet doesn't stink?

             Electricity, Water and other such resources are wasted by many of us unintentionally because of lack of knowledge. After such incidents, we should at least open our eyes and try to learn the ways of being the part of a better side. I am not a socialist but still I try to save as much resources as I can. By misusing the God gifted favors, we are just ruining our own lives. Already Mumbai was/is facing water shortage. In my own society, water is supplied by tankers almost every alternate days. I want to bring a change but I don't know how to proceed with it. I hope I can bring some at least through this post. To know more, try to search "How to save electricity at home" and "How water can be preserved", you'll get effective links. I am going to do that too. Let's do this together. PLEASE.

  Thanks.

Flirting With Fate by Preeti Singh!!!

646th BLOG POST -->>

             Mahaveer Publishers has been one of those who give chance to debut authors. I have been fan of their books from last 6 months. What I like about them is the variety of stories that they publish. Even when they publish lots of love stories, they also make it sure that they write one with a message or a hidden lesson. I don't know why I don't get to see a "National Bestseller" tag on any of their books except 2-3, may be their distributing is not as well as their publishing. I hope they'll improve this with time. Last night I read another recently published book by Mahaveer Publication by another debutante- Mrs Preeti Singh. The name of the book is "Flirting with Fate" with a tag line of "Karma Always Returns". I don't know about every author by Mahaveer but they should be very proud of having Mrs. Preeti Singh with them. It is one of those books that leave a big impression on your mind to make you understand your complicated life. Mrs. Preeti Singh lives in Chandigarh and works as a Freelance Writer from last 15 years. Finally she decided to pen down a story herself and the result is masterpiece "Flirting with Fate".

              The synopsis of the book describes the story better than I possibly can, in my own words. :-) So let's read it:

              To what extent can we go to get loveto be accepted.to be happy? Can we commit any crime anywhere,anytime and get away with it?
Well.. Anand does..
A beautiful looking boy is adopted but deprived of love and acceptance. In search of love.acceptancestatusAnand takes the easy path of crime.bloodshedtheftrapelies. From his mother figureto his sexy teacherto his first love.Anand does just about anything possible to get love.acceptanceand happiness.
Don't we all do that too?
Anand has it all.money..womenpower. but is he really happy with life? He cleverly escapes the law.camouflages his crimes.but can he really escape his fate? Join Anand in this journey which is a mirror of our souls..our suppressed emotions. angers fears.. desires. lustpassion.love.hatred
Will you think twice before committing a crime or telling a lie? Do we really reap what we sow? Does Karma really return or is it just a myth? Does Anand pay for what he has done or does he also get away, like most of us?
Let's find out.it's about time....

              Preeti Singh has left a very good impression in her very first book itself. It is said: Experience(s) matures a human being. And the authoress being 40+ herself has used all the experiences of her life, her relations in the book. As many authors, now a days, get lost between many other authors, Preeti Singh will stay as one of those writers in our heart who made us think about the purpose of our own life. :-) Before Preeti Singh, Preeti Shenoy has been one such authoress whom youngsters wait to read, just for the reason that she makes one think on those perspective of life which they have never explored. Preeti Singh has just cast the same impression in my mind. I will surely wait for her next book, even when I know that it will come after a year or more. :-)

               "Flirting with Fate" is a story that revolves only around the protagonist- Anand. The amazing thing is that authoress has developed his character in the book since his childhood. Hence while reading the book, it seems as if we know this little kid personally. She has been successfully in creating a Character that remains to be one of our very favorites. And as Anand grows up, he gets into a dirty world, it gives us a chance to think if he is doing right or wrong. He does everything as a revenge to those things which aren't really big in life, but at the age of which he is, looks bigger. We realize that in our very own life, we take big decisions for small things and in turn, ruin our life. Later when Anand starts doing something that is completely unacceptable to us, we still keep thinking if he is right or wrong. Such is the story of this book!!!

            Later in the climax when all the bad Karmas that Anand does in life starts taking revenge to him, he gets shocked. He feels as if the world around him has shattered. But he never realized the same when he did with others. When the book ends, you keep it aside, your brain starts reading a book of your own life. You start recounting all the Karmas that you have done. Because you are scared that each and every Karma that you have done in past is surely traveling towards your future to take its revenge on you. Now I'll not talk much, go get the book, read it yourself and analyze your life through this story of "Controversial" Anand.

               All the characters in the book from Mr. Gonsalves to Sunita to Sribehen to other children living in Palash to each and every character is given a LIFE. The best creative part of the authoress is Fluffy, the dog. The way she has portrayed a role of animal in our life is commendable. A Dog is as much a living being as us. Not only Dog, but every animal. Kudos for this to Preeti Singh. The cover page is perfect. You can judge this book by its cover page. :-) I have already talked about how effective the story is. I can smilingly give 4 out of 5 to "Flirting with Fate" without any doubt. Go For It!!!

Thanks.

Ek Ladka aur Ladki Kabhi Dost Nahi Ho Sakte!!! Really?

645th BLOG POST -->>

            This post that I'm about to write would have been better if it would have been written on Women's Day, Girl's Day(if there is one) or Friendship Day. But, for me, on my Blog, I celebrate My BLOG DAY every day so I don't think about when to write about a particular topic. I can even write about Independence Day tomorrow. :-) In the similar way, I am going to write something that could have added effects if it would have been published on the three DAYS that I have mentioned above but still I am going for it. It's about the BEST GIRL FRIENDS I had in my life till now. It has been 8335 days that I have marked my presence in the world and met many girls before school, in school, junior college, when I was sitting at home, college, society etc. While talking to one of my friends, I discussed with her about all the best girl friends I had in life. It is normal for every one to have best buddies in the same gender, but it is something to be celebrated if one can understand and let him/herself understood by  someone from different gender. I have got privileges some times in life to be BEST FRIENDS with someone from opposite gender. And before beginning, to some losers who are not clear with the terms let me tell you, GIRL FRIEND is a FRIEND while LOVER is someone whom you call GIRLFRIEND. Huh!!!

           The first girl friend that I got was in 4th class in the form of Pranjali. We used to have extra classes(after school) for the students those were meant to appear in a State level Scholarship examination. I, Pranjali and Madhav were the only ones in our batch to be selected from our colony. So we always got extra time to talk with each other. In this way, three of us became good buddies. There were many a times when Madhav used to be away. I and Pranjali used to get to talk what we wanted to. There were many a times when both of them used to fight with each other. Madhav being a boy had the courage of moving on with it but Pranjali used to shed her tears and talk to me about how nefarious Madhav turns out to be sometimes. I, being an emotional support to her for several times developed ourselves as kind-of-best-friends. And this friendship remained intact from 4th std to 7th std. We discussed almost every thing that we as a teenage got introduced to. Sometimes, we even had talks about some hormonal changes. Huh!!! That is so weird to think now. But then, it was something both of us wanted to get clear with. :-) I helped her getting her first crush closer to her. :-) And she tried to help me get mine too but instead I got a sweet slap from my girl. Pranjali, you'll always be remembered for at least THIS in my Long LIFE. :-)

           After Pranjali left school in 8th std, I didn't get any girl as friend. In 11th std, I shifted to Pune and got screwed. Yes!! I hope you remember my Post on my Hostel Life that I have written last week. After I returned back to home, I had no one to support me. I didn't have anyone's shoulder to keep my head and cry. Suddenly, my cousin sister came as an angel sent by God in life to motivate me. Or let me know that there's someone who cares. She guided me. She always interrupted me whenever I tried to tell her how useless and bad looking I am. She always made it sure that I feel proud of every little thing I am. She never talked about Academics with me as she knew that I'm screwed up in it. She made me realize that I am as normal as every boy around me. She always came up with her pretty face whenever I wanted to commit suicide. But as it is said, society some times take beautiful relationships also as something fishy going on between the two. Our relatives started poking about the kind of love that developed suddenly between two of us. Even when our relation was sacred, pure and lovely, some things came in between that I'm still unaware of; because of which she boycotted me from her life. I still don't know the reason of the boycott when I wanted her the most. She was always with me throughout the time when I failed for the first time till I failed for the last. But the moment when I got my first success, she wasn't with me. Didu(as I used to call her), I want to Thank you for being whatever you WERE but I hate you for whatever you ARE. At least, I deserve to know the reason why was I neglected like that.

            Didu remained with me from 2007 to early 2009. After I joined Graduation, I got my first official lover(girlfriend in your language). I am boycotting her name here as I don't want sweet controversy around me now. With the pain and depression of being a failure in academics and relations from last 3 years, I entered the college. Suddenly, this girl approached and asked for my phone number. Then, a relation got its birth and expired just after its 15 days. It's enough for a person like me. I hope you understand. :-) In this very period of time, she gave me a confidence of standing in front of the crowd with my head high so that everyone can see my face and realize how smart I am. Because whenever any one gets into a love affair, he starts thinking himself/herself no less than Salman Khan/Katrina Kaif respectively. :-) And because of the confidence that she gave me, I performed on the special day and went on becoming "Mr.Fresher" of my college for that academic year. While she won "Perfect Personality". Obviously, she was the most beautiful girl in the batch. Till the time she was with me, she made me develop many traits in myself- Confidence, Patience, Humbleness etc. And the day she left me, she taught me how Imperfectness pushes oneself to become the BEST he can to prove himself. I did it. And today I feel that whatever I am is the 90% of the Capability that I can deliver in my life.

              In 2010, Megha, another girl came up in my life through Facebook. She lives in the same colony where I passed my childhood with nasty friends and to make it more clear to you, where Pranjali also lived. She turned out to be so sweet that I like talking to her even now. Not frequently, but we do chat through texts some times. She shares almost every doubts and problems with me while I keep on sharing every success with her. In her, I see the sweetness that every boy wants in his ideal girlfriend. She gives me my space even when we like to talk to each other almost every hour, minute and even second. And because she is so understandable, we are still in this beautiful relationship of Friendship even after 2.3 years. Megha is the most sweet girl I have met in my life. I hope she remains to be one throughout her life even when I would not be in her contact.

             In 2010, when I entered in 3rd Semester of my 6 Semesters' Graduation, I suddenly became friends with Prema and Vandana. There was a moment in class when our teacher asked us to form a group of 5 for a Presentation, two boys of my town raised their hand with me. The other 2 spots were filled up by Prema and Vandana. Let me talk about Prema first. The first time when I saw Prema I was shocked. I never saw someone so similar to anyone I met in life. And unfortunately, she looks almost like Didu. A Tragedy on the very first day of the college. I never came closer to Prema for the same reason. But later in 3rd Semester we became friends, I used to be little insecure with her considering the fact that she looks like someone who has been the biggest betrayer to me. But the childishness of Prema is something that I preferred. But over that, I preferred her intellectual comments on a topic that would give a perfect conclusion to the conversation. But unfortunately, this came up very rarely. Haha. Sorry Prema. We have fought for the most number of times but still maintained the dignity of our friendship even when we were not in talking terms. In spite of our friend circle, we never let anyone know about our rifts. But even after so many Mahabharatas, if we are still Friends in the end, that resembles the Quality our Friendship have. Even when we meet after a month or more, she makes it sure that she neglects to every disagreement I give, pulls my shirt, pinch me at least 60 times in an hour and commit other such tortures on me. And Prema will remain immortal for this sweet fights we had/have. :-)

              Vandana, a girl whom I see as a Perfect figure I want as my Best Girl Friend. Don't take this Figure as the one which boys usually refer to. :-) Okay, she is good in pulchritude too. Haha. Sorry Vandana. :-) The girl whom everyone stays away from arguing/discussing because of her over-aggressive attitude turned out to be a girl who never raised her voice against any thing that I said to her. I consider myself very lucky to be in "Haven't fought with them still" list of Vandana as there is rarely any name that is left with whom Vandana has not set an example of a Perfect Fight minus abuses. :-) Every time I want someone to hear my personal problems, she is available. Every time I want someone to tell me something which can make me smile, she is available. Vandana is the only person with whom I can share those things that still remains to be secret of my life. The trust, understanding, affection, attraction, virtue, respect that we have for each other guarantees and ensures that we are going to be Friends forever, I hope. It's enough for making everyone understand the role of Vandana in my life that I might share the details with her of the night that I'll spend with my wife for the first time. Haha. Sorry!!! I didn't have any other words to describe the kind of friendship I have with Vandana, Vandy for me. :-)

              These girls have played a very good part in my life. Everyone has taught me something or the another. Where Pranjali tried her best to promote me as much as she can in school days, Didu made me realize that there's always someone who loves you in any moment of your life. Where my first lover developed so many traits in my personality, Megha made me realize that sweetness still exist in this world of cruelty. Where Prema made me realize that fights never fades the beauty in the relationship, Vandana made me realize that one can be Friends with someone for such a long period without a single fight even when one of them happens to be Phoolan Devi. :-) But one thing that has been common with me in all the BEST FRIENDSHIP that I had with these girls is that none of them are with me now. Pranjali never finds time to ping once, Didu, I think don't remember that someone named "Veeru" ever was a part of her life, Umera is married and now a mother of a son, Megha plays special appearances and Prema also doesn't care to text a "Hii". The only one who is with me is Vandana. She might go far away forgetting me too. But that is how my life has been. I have learnt to bid a Good-bye with smiling lips to all those who become a part of my heart. Every time a BEST FRIEND has forgotten me, I have lost a part of my heart with him/her. But still I smiled.

             From 1st August, I am going to attend my new college for Post-Graduation. I might get someone like Prema/Vandana/Megha even there but a strong feeling within me refuses. I don't know why. Or I might get in just a mere FRIENDSHIP with some of the girls as there has been many girls who have played cameos in my life. But, these girls those are mentioned above will always remain to be a part of my heart. Before the college starts, I wanted to share something of this kind. It is written in more elaborated way in my personal diary. But on a public forum, this is enough. I have said it in a Tweet too,"Main ab bhi us khayalat ka insaan hun k ek ladka-ladki kabhi dost nahi ho sakte jabtak unke beech dosti se badhkar ek anokha rishta nahi hota" and this "Anokha Rishta" is something that turns this relationship into BEST FRIENDS!!!

P.S.:And some sick boys would be abusing me for not uploading image of any of the girls mentioned, it is because of the losers like you that the boys like me keep the images of their close girl friends secret and safe. And to all the girls I have mentioned above, if you have been hurt by any of the sentence that is being written for you, do inform me, I'll love to delete the part.

P.S.S.: Many have asked me about why ANAMIKA is not in this Blog Post. This one is meant for those BEST FRIENDS whom I have met. There would be a BLOG POST soon which would be based only on ANAMIKA. Thanks.

  Thanks.

WINGS OF FIRE by APJ ABDUL KALAM!!!

644th BLOG POST -->>

            I came into the habit of reading because of Non-fiction books. The amazing feel that this genre gives can never be experienced through a Fiction book. Let it be Amish Tripathi's trilogy, Chetan Bhagat's 5 books or any other bestseller fiction. The effect that a Non-fiction book makes on us is indescribable. And what should I say regarding the experience of reading "Wings of Fire" by APJ ABDUL KALAM. Actually, THE APJ ABDUL KALAM. He is the most favorite President of Indians. He is the one whom Indians wanted as the President again in the recent voting but the legend backed off. He is the only one who is referred as "Public's President". His excellence  and extra-ordinariness in the field of science and rocketry is still unbeaten and appreciated. For many years to come, Abdul Kalam sir will always be remembered as the person who motivated India to stop under-estimating themselves and gave them an opportunity to fly. :-)

             "Wings of Fire" is an autobiography of APJ Abdul Kalam that he has written with Arun Tiwari, his colleague who compelled him to write it. Arun Tiwari always got inspired by the presence of Mr. Kalam, hence said that he wants to write all the major incidents in the life of Kalam. And Kalam sir agreed. Result: "Wings of Fire". It does not have every minute incident in the life of Kalam sir but only the ones that are related in converting this Rameswaram village's boy into the man behind the successes of many missiles and rockets. :-) Contradicting the myths, this book is not related to anything regarding Kalam sir being the PRESIDENT of India. This is not even mentioned in the book that Kalam sir ended being President of India. It is all about how he persisted in his field and got intrigued that he earned Padma Vibhushan for being the most influential and effective person in the field of Rocketry.

            I don't think that my recommendation is necessary. You already know how BIG Mr. Kalam is. The book is just of 180 pages. That is itself a very witty thing that Mr. Kalam has done. Otherwise, any person of his stature wants to give every minute details about his/her life and end up writing an autobiography of 500-1000 pages. The first chapter is nice to read as it gives a little scenario related to caste differences in society. Even 2nd chapter gives some scenarios related to another social issue. 89th page is the most motivating and the best page of the book. The way Kalam sir has described the work that he did in Rocketry field in organizations, I got a sudden urge to be in his team and witness the whole scenario of how a rocket is imagined, made and launched. And then how the success of it is being celebrated.

           The sacrifice that Kalam sir's family did for sending him for further education inspires us to be a CLASS as he is; as we find our family similar to his. Mr. Sarabhai is the kind of boss that everyone of us pray for. The death of close ones at the time of landmarks in Mr. Kalam's life really made me feel bad about the man. The story that is unfolded in the latter half is no less than any great fiction. After learning about Kalam sir's passion and experiments in science, I started feeling bad about hating the subject. :-) SLV-3's success is amazingly described. How Mr. Kalam got a special recognition for the mission for which everyone in the team was equally responsible is described in the real human emotions. The book is written as if every character is Mr. Kalam except the protagonist who is THE KALAM himself. :-) He has kept such a low profile while writing the book that you'll be amazed to learn that the person does not have a pinch of arrogance in his parlance. This is the HOLY BOOK for the Science students. Agni's launch is so filmy and interesting to read pre-climax. The media's comment that are mentioned made me know that media was shit even then. Book is ended in an epic way.

           The last sentence of the book is itself inspiring and says so much. Now, I have TURNING POINT- The sequel to WINGS OF FIRE. I am so very excited about finishing it as soon as possible and getting INSPIRED * 2. :-) And, you think that I am going to rate this book? Itni aukaat thode hi hai bhai log. :-) Go, get this book. PLEASE!!!

   Thanks.

Kargil Vijay Diwas!!! Bas Itna Yaad Rahein Ek Saathi Aur Bhi Tha!!!

643rd BLOG POST -->>

             As in my last Blog Post, I have mentioned how 26th July is a black day for Mumbaikars as Mumbai lost 5000 lives because of Flood, I am here to tell a Historic Achievement of our country that was made on the very same date. The Kargil war that took place between May and July 1999 was finally won by Indian side on 26th July, 1999. This conflict between India and Pakistan is also known as Operation Vijay. The operation was conducted to clear the Kargil sector from the enemies. Infiltration of Pakistani soldiers and Kashmiri militants into positions on the Indian side of the LOC, which serves as the border between both the countries was the cause of the war. During the initial stages of the war, Pakistan accused the fighting completely on Kashmiris but the documents that were seized by casualties and later claims of Pakistan's PM showed involvement of Pakistani paramilitary forces. Our great INDIAN ARMY, with the support by Indian Air Force, in which my Late Chachaji- Mr. Dinesh Ruhela was also a part, recaptured majority of the positions on the Indian side of the LOC by Pakistanis. Later when the world started interfering, Pakistani forces withdrew from the fight and left the remaining Indian positions along the LOC.

             The Pakistani intrusion in Kargil was reported by local shepherds on 3rd May,1999. Then, Indian Army patrol was sent. Five Indian soldiers were captured and tortured to death. The bombings from Pakistanis sabotaged ammunition dump in Kargil. Indian Air Force launched their air strikes against Pakistan's infiltrators on 26th May. IAF lost two fighters and then IAF MI-17 was shot down by Pakistan, killed four air crew. On 6th June, Indian army launched major offensive in Kargil. Indian Army re-captures two key positions in the Batalic sector. Indian Army secures Tololing in Dras, captures two vital posts, launches three attacks in Kargil and recaptures Tiger Hill after an 11-hour battle. On 7th June, India also recaptured Jubar Heights. On 11th, Pakistan started pulling out and India captured more peaks. On 14th July, PM A.B. Vajpayee declared Operation Vijay a successful mission and finally on 26th JULY 1999, all the Pakistani infiltrators were reported to be fled away from our areas. YIPPIE!!!

              This is the 13th Year since the success of the OPERATION VIJAY. We Remember this day as "Kargil Vijay Diwas". Let's pay our homages to the 527 Indian Heroes whom we lost in the FIGHT.

So, a salute goes to our Indian soldiers, army, commandos and every bodyguard of our Mother India. :-)

26/7- The Day Took 5000 Lives from Mumbai :-(

642nd BLOG POST -->>

            It's 26th July today. I don't think any Mumbaikar can forget this day. This still remains to be another black 26th for Mumbaikars. One being 26/11 while another being 26/7 when flood struck Mumbai in 2005 killing 5000 people. Already the Gujarat floods gave a sudden shock to many in June 05 but just a month later, what happened in Mumbai is still in minds of Indians. As Mumbai is one of the productive cities of India, the productive people were on roads when the flood struck. They were caught on road, lost their homes and many had to walk long distances in water logged roads to reach their home. The rainfall because of which Mumbai had to bear one of its darkest day was recorded to be world's 8th heaviest ever recorded 24 hours rainfall. The rain continued with almost the same intensity on 27th too, but slackened between 28th to 30th July but picked up its intensity on 31st July again. Maharashtra government asked every Mumbaikar to stay at home between 29th July to 2nd August. Even the schools were given holidays.

             It was not only the rainfall that brought Mumbai to halt but the heavy storm was the main reason because of which people started panicking. The Local train, which is the reason for the success of Mumbai, halted at 2.30 PM on 26th July because of water logging on tracks. And because of this, the traffic on roads increased too. Finally giving a final Full stop to the people of Mumbai who are known for running and running and running. There are very few instances when Mumbai stops and this is one of the most talked incident. The road traffic mooted at the level that the BEST buses started taking 4 hours to reach Mahim from Churchgate. And the situation worsened more when the cellphone networks went down in the evening by 5 to 6 PM. Almost at the same time, Powai Lake had started overflowing. My father was also trapped in this flood. As I was also scared like other Mumbaikars, I remember the Timeline almost by heart till now.

              The government started rescuing people by buses and boats. Free foods were provided to the people those were stuck. Many people who lost their home were also shifted in Municipality schools, local buildings and other vacant places. The animal's blood and body were floating on the water scaring people of getting severe diseases. As the gutters and sewage systems got jammed, the contamination started spreading everywhere.

                  The direct loss that was recorded financially by Government was up to 450 crores. The ATM facilities were closed for 3 days. Bank branches weren't working. Mumbai's domestic/international airports didn't function for more than 30 hours for the first time. Over 700 flights were cancelled. Mumbai-Pune expressway was closed for the first time in history because of landslides. 52 local trains damaged. 37,000 auto rickshaws spoiled. 4000 taxis damaged. 900 BEST buses damaged. 10,000 trucks and tempos grounded. The major factors that were vindicated for the flood were antiquated drainage system, uncontrolled, unplanned development in Northern suburbs and destruction of mangrove ecosystems. Many international documentaries included pictures of Mumbai floods after that. Two movies were also made based of Mumbai floods one being Tum Mile by Mahesh Bhatt.

              On this day, that will always remain one black day for Mumbai, I would like to pay condolences to all the families of 5000 lives that turned into bodies 7 years ago. Many didn't even get their member's body for the last rituals. Nothing can be more horrible than this. Let's pray for them today. It's my Thursday fasting and I would be praying for them in Sai temple today. May the soul of every person who is not with us rest in peace forever. :-(

  Thanks.

Why do we make faces? It's an OFFENCE, almost!!!

641st BLOG POST -->>

           If you are subscribed to lots of Facebook pages, you would have seen yourself tagged in some pictures where Chinese are shown slaughtering Dogs and selling to their fellow countrymen. There is some text scribbled over the image saying "Chinese are Devils. They are a shame to human kind". In the comment sections, you'll find many Indians overacting in anger and fury. This is one other example of the height of ignorance. Are the Chinese forcibly feeding us those Dogs that they are slaughtering? Are they telling us that we are the losers as we don't eat Dog's meat? What are they actually doing which compels you to rain such hatred over them? And why do you give even a second look on such a picture that kills your soul so much? Either you are a great pet-lover who gets featured in a newspaper weekly about how to take care of animals or you are a perfect racist we want to deplete from the society!!! Can you please tell who you really are? Come on!!! Don't hide now. Show your faces. Losers!!!

            I go back to the same kind of racism or over-reaction that used to take place in our school days. It happens with everyone in whichever school you must have studied- Convent or vernacular medium. Whenever there used to be an example given by a teacher about eating Chicken or Fish, the vegetarian students used to see the non-vegetarian classmates as if they do something that is so illegal. And more to this, they made faces of "eew" kind and tuned in chorus "cheeeeeee". That was enough for non-vegetarian students like me to stay shut and look among the fellow non-vegetarian and speak through eyes "I'm with you. Don't worry. We will make these vegetarians drink Karele ka and Palak ka cocktail juice".

          At least that was our childhood, but it's too sad to see people over 25 years of age making faces on seeing some so-called "extremism" pursued by others. And that too on their Faces. Grow Up. Everyone has made a comfortable zone according to their set of values and principles. And anyone who is doing something more than what we do, we term them something that has almost the similar meaning to "untouchables". If A is vegetarian and eats only at home, for him those who are going to restaurants are crazy stupid people. If B loves going to top-notch restaurants, for him the one who eats chats and vada-pavs from thelas is down-graded and cheap person. If C eats chicken and does not each mutton, for him the one who eats mutton is wild. For the D who eats Mutton too will classify those eating beef in violation group.

          This is how people set their own values according to their comfort zone and blame others those are in the zone that these people can never explore. :-) I have friends those who smoke Hukkahs but says that it's fine to smoke hukkahs as it's not dangerous to health. They call me a "Fresher in the 20+ age group" just because I haven't tried Hukkah ever. For those who only smokes cigarette, alcoholics are the real culprits and not the smokers. For alcoholics, the ones who go to hire prostitutes are the biggest losers while those calling death through alcohols are true souls. Huh!!! Do set Terms and Conditions for your own life according to your comfort zone. But who are you to raise fingers on others' Terms and Conditions which they have prepared for their own life? Let others live in the extreme conditions. Let others do something that makes you vomit. Why do you classify them or name them or make the worst expressions possible?

          It's time for at least we, who are intellects or have basic brain to use, to stop making faces when we hear someone telling how they lead their life which is inappropriate to us. If you sleep for 6 hours, stop judging those who sleep for 10 hours. If you work over time, stop claiming "Losers" to those who leave office at the right time. If you have full dedication towards your aim, goal or target, stop laughing on the lives of those who are failing because they don't have an aim or goal or a target. Let's respect others' terms and conditions too. Let's stop making faces when we meet someone who is violating every point mentioned in our Rule book. Let Chinese eat Dog's meat, let Muslim's eat Beef, let Bengalis eat Fish, let me eat Chicken, you stay happy with your Palak and Paneer. Please. Or Else I'll have to contact those Troll face makers on Facebook pages to TROLL you next time by labeling "Bitch Please" for your EXTREME comments on someone. :-) I know this is Funny dhamki. Hahaha.

      Thanks.

30 DAYS of SACREDNESS- RAMZAAN !!!

640th BLOG POST -->>

             Yesterday, the day "Hilal" happened for our Muslim brethren. The moon came out in its best view and Muslims got readied for their most sacred month of Ramzaan. Today is the first day of Roza. The month of Ramzaan is of 29 to 30 days when Muslims try to keep Roza and avoid food from dawn to dusk. Ramzaan is the month when Muslims believe that the creation of Quran happened. They were provided Quran in this very month. A Muslim feels it quite a pride in telling that they have been involved in reciting Quran. This month allows them to get intrigued totally in it. Just imagine a month when you have to stay away from every wrong-doings. A month when you have to stay without eating and drinking to finally break the fast with other religion's brethren or family. How sacred the month would be. I, as a Non-Muslim, always try to help my Muslim friends during Ramzaan. One can easily stay without food for a day or two for 15 hours daily but it's too difficult to do it for 29-30 days regularly. Some of you might say that it's easy. But in the scorching heat, staying away from drinking Water(too) for 15 hours is something that is a BIG CHALLENGE. If we find someone doing this, we should try our best to help them.

            In my last Blog Post, I shared some bad experiences I had in a Muslim college. Many may have thought that I am an Anti-Islamic because people grasp negativism more than positivism. This is something that I hate a lot but the mindset can't be changed. I have told how I have been best friends with all the Muslims of my class more than Non-Muslim boys. I have so many Muslims in my Twitter account with whom I chat on regular basis. But this is something that is hard to prove to the people who have already set a mindset for me or anyone. But if any of my Muslim brethren got hurt because of the last post, I want to clear that it is against the extremists staying in that college and not to all the Muslims. PLEASE, understand me. PLEASE. I haven't got any criticism for it but I fear of hatred for something that I am not even subjected to. I am someone who is not quite religious, so for me, being Hindu is not something I am very proud of. If I would have been a Muslim, a Christian, a Sikh, I would have been as much proud as I am now. There's not any distinct kind of pride to be happy for being a Hindu. I feel more joyous in saying that I have equal friends of all religions. :-) That is something I love more. Interaction among different religions. :-)

            With Ramzaan, the festive season of our country has begun. Following this, there will be many festivals lined up one after another. And this will go on till the end of the year which will end with Christmas. :-) Raksha-bandhan, Janmashtami, Independence Day, Jamat-ul-vida, Parsi's New Year, Idu'l Fitr, Onam, Ganesh Chaturthi, Gandhi Jayanti, Dussehra, Bakri-Eid, Karva Chauth, Diwali, Bhai Dhuj, Chatt Puja, Muharram, Guru Nanak's Jayanti, Christmas Eve and finally Christmas. And people say it's shameful to be living in a country like India. Go to hell. Festival is something that we wait for. And when we got it in plenty, some of us complain about it. What can be more beautiful than College/schools re-opening in July/August and a National Holiday been allotted for every week. :-) There can be no more relief than this. Aur college/schools se yaad aya, 5th September ko Teacher's Day bhi hai. :-) Haha.

           Coming back to Ramzaan, Non-Muslims and even many Muslims have a misconception that it's all about fasting. No!!! Ramzaan is about staying away from any kind of negative activity and wrong-doings. Abstaining from eating and drinking is secondary, but one should make sure that he/she is away from ignorant and indecent speech, shunning oppression, shamelessness, back-biting, slandering, tale-carrying and all other types of falsehood. And it is said that if one is following all these Falsehood while the month of Ramzaan is on should also skip fasting as it's not of any use then. Many Muslims does not know about this. They think that Ramzaan is all about Fasting. And my youth friends, let me tell you that from dawn to dusk, you just don't have to stay away from eating and drinking, but also from any kind of Sexual activities. So kindly boycott your boyfriend/girlfriend for a month. :-) I know it's more harder than fasting but... jo hai so hai.. :-)

             The various practices that are being performed by Muslims in these sacred 30 days are Fasting(dawn to sunset), Tarawih(more frequency of prayers and recitation of Quran), Iftar(at sunset, family gathers for the fast-breaking meal), Charity(to both-Muslims and Non-Muslims) and Laylat Al-Qadar(the most holy night of the year). Even I join my Muslim friends for Roza on 27th or 28th day as they say it's nice to keep Roza on the day. It feels good to preach some religious basics of other religions too. The name of every God is beautiful. Praying anyone always helps to be peaceful. Being hateful for other Gods and Religions is as much of a crime as abusing and mistreating your parents. Even today I believe that Lord Shiva, Allah, Jesus and all the GOD are ONE. It's we the Human Beings who have named them differently to play hatred among each other. Yes!!! Extremists, I apologize to you for the statement. :-)

            So, Ramzaan Mubarak to all my Muslim friends and even Non-Muslim friends who believe in Islam. Try to be as pious as you can. And remember, fasting is just not the criteria of cleansing all your sins. Be away from all the Falsehoods too that I have described above. :-) And I am waiting for the 30th day when the MOON will come again in its bestial view and I'll be invited at the respective home's of my Muslim friends for consuming delicacies in excess. :-)

   Thanks.

Love Beyond Boundaries by Parikshit Rane!!!

639th BLOG POST -->>

               Fantasy fiction is a genre that I haven't tried much. Recently, I picked up a novella by Parikshit Rane named "Love beyond Boundaries". The book has a classic cover page which excited me to read about what this book really has to convey. Even the synopsis was too different than the other chic-lit books that I have been reading in my past. And after completing this 70 pages book, I am astonished by the imagination of the writer. A book of such kind and a theme which the writer had selected cannot be given a full justice if the imagination of the writer lacks. But I am too blithe to say that Parikshit Rane has done his best in describing each and every scenario. After reading for a while and observing the description, I started believing that this is a real story. I started questing to go to the other planet about which Author has described in the book. I wanted to experience the magic that the Magic wand kept doing throughout.

             I won't describe the story of the book in my words else I'll end up telling you everything hence read the synopsis that is being given on the back cover page:

              Love beyond boundaries is a tale of Raj Patel, a former Formula One driver who embarks on a journey to Sao Paulo, Brazil to attend an art exhibition. He buys a painting which is filled with reiki energy, but little does Raj know that a pleasure trip to the Amazon would alter the course of his life. While returning from the Amazon, Raj's helicopter encounters a black hole. He finds himself in a parallel universe, a planet called Zorb, where there are talking trees and midgets. There he meets the love of his life; Ramilia. Raj helps Ramilia save her planet which is under the spell of the evil Snow Queen. In his quest to save Lambada, his own planet Earth suffers. Together Raj and Ramilia have to conquer their own fears and race against time to save both the planets from Snow Queen's wrath.

               The book costs 75 rs and I would say it's a fine gamble to invest 75 rs in this 70 pages book which will surely take you in it's own world. I am amazed with the writing of Parikshit Rane. I would love to read a full fledged novel from Mr. Parikshit than this short kind of a story. Somewhere, the book becomes boring in between, the language becomes irritating but still the plot and the story is powerful to keep you intrigued into it. I went into the 3D world of Avtaar while reading the book. The book has many sequences which will make you remember this powerful movie of Hollywood. If you are a fan of Fantasy Fiction, you should try this.

 Thanks.
